Monitor Your HESC Account Routinely: Regularly check your HESC account to stay updated on any changes or requests.

Submitting Documents and Document Upload History: Documents are processed in the order they are received.
Once you've uploaded a document, please do not upload it again. Uploading repeat documents will result in a processing delay.

If you have received a notification to submit additional documents and have already done so, please note that your account status will not be updated until your documents are fully processed. You can confirm that your documents were uploaded by checking the upload history in your student account. This will provide peace of mind that your submission has been received.

Application Deadlines: If your application was submitted by the due date, you will meet the necessary deadline. If any issues arise, such as missing or incomplete information, HESC will notify you and advise you of the time frame to provide the information.  

College Code Changes: Review your account to ensure you have the correct school code listed. Your award will be sent to the school listed on your application. If the school you plan to attend is not listed on your application, you must change it in your HESC account.
