The admission applications to all those colleges are huge tasks for seniors. We’ll discuss the types of financial aid available at most colleges and which application is needed to determine your eligibility for those funds associated with the application. We’ll look at how filing the FAFSA (Federal) form helps fill out the TAP application (NYS). There are a few questions that are critical for the successful completion of both applications. Some colleges will ask for confirming documentation. We’ll address ways to submit the necessary paperwork to complete the application.  Lastly, missing or contradictory information between the applications can cause delays in knowing what your financial aid offer might be from the colleges you identify. We’ll look at the results and define the meaning of a SAI.
