Masters in Education Teaching Incentive Scholarship College Eligibility Survey

Good news! The Masters in Education Teaching Incentive scholarship (MIE) has recently been expanded to include graduate students enrolled at private New York State colleges that offer graduate-level education programs leading to certification as a public elementary or secondary education teacher.

Through MIE, eligible students may receive up to $5,655 per semester for up to four semesters, or its equivalent for full-time graduate study.

To support outreach and ensure eligible students are aware of this opportunity, HESC is collecting information on qualifying graduate education programs. Please complete the MIE College Program Profile Survey form to confirm your institution’s eligibility and interest in participating in the MIE program.
