Call for Nominations & Open Registration: NYS College Access Conference
Dear Colleagues,
Every day, dedicated individuals and organizations across New York State help students overcome barriers to higher education. To recognize this critical work, HESC is now accepting nominations through January 30th for individuals, organizations, and partners making a meaningful impact in financial aid and college access. Award recipients will be honored during the first NYS College Access Conference on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at the Albany Capital Center.
Award categories:
- Dr. Guillermo Linares Leadership Award: For leaders committed to expanding access and equity in education.
- Pathway Builder Award: For organizations excelling in reaching underserved populations.
- CAM Award of Excellence: For schools using creative, effective strategies to boost financial aid applications during College Application Month.
- Financial Aid Navigator Award: For professionals going above and beyond to guide students and families through the complexities of financial aid.
