The 2025-26 FAFSA and TAP applications are open!
- If you haven’t submitted your 2025-26 FAFSA and NYS TAP application, there’s still time. After completing the FAFSA, you can access the NYS TAP application through the state aid link at the end of the FAFSA submission process. If you missed it, don’t worry—you can still apply at hesc.ny.gov/NYSTAP.
- Those eligible for NYS financial aid through the DREAM Act can submit their TAP application through the NYS DREAM Act portal.
