NYS Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Incentive Program

The NYS STEM Incentive Program application is now open for NYS students attending a SUNY or CUNY college in the fall!

To be eligible, students must:

• Be ranked in the top 10 percent of their high school graduating class at a NYS high school.
• Enroll in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics undergraduate program.
• Agree to reside and work in the field of Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics in NYS for five years.
• Students who don’t meet residency requirements may qualify through the NYS Dream Act .
• This award is only available to eligible students applying in their senior year of high school.
