HESC is pleased to announce that the NYS Math and Science Teaching Incentive Scholarship program application is now available.
In order to apply, you must meet eligibility requirements, including:
- Be a full-time undergraduate or graduate student in an approved math or science teacher education program in NYS
- Attend a college or university in New York State
- Have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher
- Be a NYS resident or qualify under the NYS DREAM Act
- Agree to live and teach full-time in NYS in the field of math or science at a secondary school for 5 years
