The 2025-26 Senator Patricia K. McGee Nursing Faculty Scholarship Application is Now Available!

HESC is pleased to announce that the Senator Patricia K. McGee Nursing Faculty Scholarship Application is now available for 2025-26.

In order to apply, you must meet eligibility requirements, including:

U.S. citizen or eligible noncitizen.
Legal resident of NYS for 12 continuous months.
Already achieved an undergraduate degree.
Be a registered nurse licensed to practice in NYS.
Enroll full-time or part-time at an approved, accredited college in NYS in a master’s or doctoral level program in nursing or a related program that qualifies you to work as nursing faculty or adjunct clinical faculty in NYS.
Agree to teach at least 12 academic credit hours, or its equivalent, as nursing faculty or as adjunct clinical faculty, per year for four years at an institution in New York State
